Week 1 Camp - Soccer July 2-6
THIS CAMP is FULL
Our Soccer Camp, held the first week in July, is focused on developing and fine tuning soccer skills. A team of experienced coaches and high school and university soccer players travels from Raleigh, North Carolina to lead the Soccer component of camp.
Campers will spend the morning practicing soccer skills, drills and playing mini matches at Pierson Fields.
In the afternoons, campers rotate through the VBS stations which include games, crafts, and swimming at the Centennial Pool.
On Friday afternoon, we will host a World Cup-style soccer tournament at Pierson Soccer Fields.
The Pinon Family
The Pinon Family and a team of coaches have been travelling from Raleigh, North Carolina for the past 6 years to help us with our Soccer Camp.
Ed Pinon has been coaching Varsity girls and boys and club soccer for 20 years. He holds a USSF national "B" coaching license. Ed played professional soccer for seven years. He is a Bible and Physical Education teacher in at North Raleigh Christian Academy.
Sally Pinon has been coaching soccer for over 15 years. She is a Division 1 collegiate athlete and has been coaching girls and boys Middle School soccer at North Raleigh Christian Academy.
Sally & Ed are blessed with 4 precious children, Eddie III, Gabe, Elliana and Keegan.
Their Coaching Team consists of experienced coaches, high school and college players. All of our staff receives training materials and support which ensures consistency, a positive environment, and athletic development.
